THE SCOTTISH RITE OF FREEMASONRY
VALLEY OF SACRAMENTO
ABOUT SCOTTISH RITE
The Scottish Rite can be likened to a series of rooms which may be opened with a key to the Symbolic Lodge and there find a bunch of keys to our other rooms.

Many men, before they opened the first door, never knew these rooms of ours existed.

Some never learn. When entry is made, however, you discover new Masonic insight and knowledge and truths.

OUR MISSION
Sacramento Scottish Rite
The Valley of Sacramento, a part of the world's oldest and largest fraternal organization for men, is dedicated to Education, Fellowship, and Charity.

Education:

Sacramento Scottish Rite is a Masonic organization dedicated to making good men better through the education of Masons in the practical aspects of leadership, philosophy, ethics, morality and family values by dramatic ritualistic presentations and study groups focused on allegorical mysteries of the 32 degrees of Blue Lodge and Scottish Rite Masonry and the effective leadership skills in all aspects of our earthly travels.
Fellowship:

From education we are lead to that common ground upon which we all meet and join in fellowship and fraternity. As Masons, we each know the moral values which we each strive to achieve and by which we live and socialize in our communities.

Charity:

Education also promotes the strong feeling of charity this fraternity enjoys within and outside of the membership.

ALLEGIANCE

The Bodies of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, sitting in the Valley of Sacramento, Orient of California, acknowledge and yield allegiance to the Supreme Council (Mother Council of the World) of the Inspectors General Knights Commanders of the House of the Temple of Solomon of the Thirty-third Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry of the Southern Jurisdiction of the United States of America.
